Ready-Pay covers all costs associated with starting and running your vendor’s property sales campaign, including but not limited to:

  • Online listing/s
  • Photography & video content
  • Digital promotions
  • Billboards
  • Auctioneer fees
  • Printed materials & advertising

Repayment is made by the vendor at settlement and there is no set minimum or maximum to the amount funded.

Ready-Pay deals directly with your vendor, removing the agency from any financial liability and offer lightning fast approval & funds transfer (direct to agency) to get the property campaign on-market quickly and risk-free.

How can my vendor apply for Ready-Pay?

Simply provide your vendor with an itemised marketing schedule inclusive of:

1.    Total campaign cost

2.    Anticipated settlement date

3.    A nominated bank account to receive the funds (funds are transferred directly to the real estate/marketing agency)

From there, direct your vendor to apply online here. Your vendor must possess a valid ABN to apply.

What is the cost to my vendor?

We don’t play hide and seek. There are no hidden fees, rates, interest, or charges.

The fee payable is relative to the expected length of time to settlement and is added to the total amount funded. An additional establishment fee of just $199 is also incurred (all fees are charged by Ready-Pay's finance partner Butn).
